The Classic Proposal $375
Sweet, simple, and full of emotion — just the two of you, while I capture the joy and connection of this special moment.
• 30 minutes of coverage
• Minimum of 30 professionally edited images capturing the proposal moment, and post-proposal portraits delivered via Pixieset -- an online photo gallery for easy viewing and downloading (Available in both high-resolution for printing and web-size for social media)
• Light retouching on all delivered images*

If you’d like to include fresh floral accents or other curated details that need to be purchased day-of, I can thoughtfully select and style them for you. Every addition is pre-approved, with costs invoiced separately, ensuring your moment remains smooth and hassle-free.
• Personal shopping and Styling Coordination (if not included) – Starting at $100: For couples dreaming of a fully designed, immersive setup crafted just for their moment. This includes my shopping, sourcing, and complete styling coordination, along with the purchase of new décor on your behalf (blankets, florals, candles, signage, and more). Every item becomes yours to keep, a tangible keepsake from your special day. Prop budget is approved beforehand, and décor costs are reimbursed, keeping the process effortless.
• Premium retouching (per image): starting at $20 (blemish removal, object removal, teeth whitening, and custom requests)
• Capture the joy with your loved ones! Include your Family or Pets for $50 each (+10 minutes). This extra time allows the session to flow smoothly and results in beautiful, natural photos.
• Travel within 30 miles of Fort Walton Beach is included. For sessions beyond that distance, a travel fee of $1 per mile (round trip) helps cover time and fuel. For destinations requiring extended travel, more than 2 hours of drive time, or any location involving air travel, please reach out so we can discuss a custom travel rate.

After your inquiry, you’ll receive a questionnaire via email to share your ideas, your love story, and any must-have moments or details you want captured. This helps me understand your vision so your proposal feels personal, meaningful, and truly reflects your love.

Step 3: Consultation Call or Zoom
Once your questionnaire is submitted, we’ll connect via call or Zoom to go over your answers, finalize the plan, and coordinate all the details — from timing and locations to décor, props, and outfit considerations. Together, we’ll plan a smooth proposal experience and capture the genuine emotions that make it unforgettable.

After we confirm the details, I’ll send your estimate, contract, and invoice via Pixieset. Once signed and the initial payment is received, your proposal date is officially reserved!
